I hate bragging but….something cool happened.
My artwork was chosen best is show at Embracing our Differences
I’m thrilled to share that my artwork has been selected as part of the Embracing Our Differences international art exhibition! This annual event showcases 50 stunning, billboard-sized artworks from artists and writers around the world, each celebrating the themes of inclusion, kindness, and respect. The exhibition is hosted along Florida’s beautiful Cultural Coast and draws millions of visitors, including thousands of students, who engage with these thought-provoking pieces.
As an artist, it’s humbling to be part of a project with such an impactful mission. Embracing Our Differences invites us to reflect on how we can create a society where diversity is celebrated, and individuality is embraced—and that’s a vision I care deeply about.
For this year’s exhibit, my piece explores the transformative power of literature. Books have always been a source of enrichment in my life, opening doors to new perspectives and shared experiences. Through my art, I wanted to highlight the incredible relationship between people and the stories that shape them. Literature has this magical ability to connect us, educate us, and help us grow. But it’s a power we can only unlock when we ensure everyone’s voices are heard, uncensored, and valued.
Having my work selected feels like a moment to celebrate not just for myself but also for the causes I’m passionate about—creative expression, education, and empathy. It’s an honor to know that my piece will be part of a larger conversation, inspiring viewers to consider the ways we can all embrace our differences.
If you’re in Florida between January and April, I encourage you to visit the exhibition. It’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience the power of art as a tool for change. You can learn more about the event and its mission at EmbracingOurDifferences.org.
Thank you to the Embracing Our Differences team for this incredible opportunity, and to all who continue to champion inclusion and creativity.
